I understand the need for password length in form validation, but do my secret question answers really need a minimum?  There are a lot of 2 letter last names out there, and the place where I met my spouse is a 3 letter acronym. Don’t punish your users by making them jump through hoops - they’re already investing enough of their time filling out your form.
